Crash Kills Man from South Brunswick

A man has lost his life in an accident which also left four other people seriously injured. The accident involved three cars and was a serious car accident, explains a Lawyer.

The 51 year old man was killed at the scene of the accident before the emergency services could arrive. The other four people were seriously injured and needed medical treatment in hospital. The accident happened during Sunday afternoon.

The source who is from Queens and Staten Island reads from the report which says the accident occurred close to Woodlot Park. This accident forced police officers to shut down New Road from Wheeler to Route 1 for the rest of the afternoon.

Car Accident Hospitalizes LA Ink Star

Ruth Pineda, who might be better known as Ruthless was involved in a serious car accident last week. The star of LA Ink required emergency medical attention at a hospital after the serious accident.

The doctor explains that it is thought the 26 year old TV star was traveling to an appointment. She was driving her Mercedes E300 when a very big bus hit the side of the vehicle.

Emergency services were very quick to attend the scene and discovered that she was in a serious condition. The victim was taken to a local Orange County Hospital by hospital. She required medical treatment for more than twelve hours as her injuries were so serious.

South Carolina Police Chief killed in car crash

The Police Chief of Columbia, South Carolina was killed in a car crash Sunday and will be missed by all.

“Capers Wannamaker loved the people of Calhoun County, not just the city because he was police chief but the whole county in general, he just loved people, his brother-in-law said at the funeral,” revealed a relative. “He was the type to just go out of his way for anyone.”

The chief had leaded his department for more than a decade and had served in the army and at another Sheriff Department prior to taking the job. This was a man who said he wanted to make a difference, and according to all of his family and friends – he did, continued the witness.

Call for action at crash corner

A local couple is trying to make a notorious intersection safer. Many cars have crashed there and the latest car accidents involved several vehicles on Saturday in the afternoon. A NYC Car Accident Attorney also points out that there have been dozens of accidents here over the past year.

The local residents are trying to campaign to install give way signs and islands in the center of the road to make the junction much safer. The local residents themselves were almost involved in a serious accident at the same intersection around one month ago. This made them realize just how dangerous this intersection really is.

The couple was driving south when there was another car driving west. The smaller car sped through the intersection without stopping. This narrowly missed their vehicle as it got across slightly before them. This was a very frightening experience as it only just missed the side of the car.

Toddler Involved in Crash Fights for his Life

A report states that a 2 year old toddler was involved in a serious traffic accident in the early hours of the evening. It is thought that his injuries are serious and life threatening and that he needed urgent medical attention.

The crash report explains that the toddler was said to be in a serious critical condition. The toddler was in a car with two other children when the accident occurred. It was raining quite heavily, but visibility was still reasonably good.

The driver of the car which was involved in the accident had just passed through a pedestrian crossing which had nobody on it. However, 5 meters away from the pedestrian crossing the children were attempting to cross the road.

This is a case wherein the people who are actually involved and got hurt from an accident filed for claims for the injuries that they sustained during the car accident. They also claimed that because of the accident and the injuries they sustained they weren’t able to do their usual daily activities causing disruptions in their regular, productive lives. Distracted driving seems to be the culprit.

According to a police report the case was filed against R&B Car and Limo Corporation and Alexander Laevsky by Mohammad Hossain and Mushfiq Pathan because of an accident that happened on September 10, 2006. The vehicles owned and operated by R&B Limo Corporation and another by Laevsky in which Hossain and Mushfiq were passengers collided with each other. The said collision resulted to injuries in which Hossain complained of pain in his upper and lower spines well as in both of his knees. Mushfiq on the other hand reported to have sustained injuries in his ankle.

According to a witness, doctors Wendy Cohen, M.D. and Julio Westerband, M.D. who were able to examine Hossain and Mushfiq testified that both men were able to have significant normal movements on their spine, knees and ankles after the accident. It was also further established based on the testimony of both victims that they did not miss anytime from their work and school. Hossain was a full time student while Mushfiq worked two different jobs. This further proved that the doctors who examined the victims were correct when they said that the two men both had regular movements on the areas they were complaining of having had injuries.

Two Car Accident Kills two People

Two men were killed in a car crash which happened at around 10 PM at night explains a report. The accident happened on Thursday and two cars were involved.

A 22 year old male was driving a Ford Mustang along west smith road in a westbound direction. A 46 year old man was driving in the opposite direction along the same road in a Dodge Charger. This driver crossed the center line which caused a head on collision which was very serious.

The first younger driver was taken to Medina Hospital. However, by the time he arrived at hospital he was pronounced dead explains the doctor. His family were told of the accident and asked to identify the body.

Motorcycle fatalities recall other serious accidents on Route 110

A motorcyclist was seriously injured after being involved in a road traffic car accident. The motorcyclist was going for a short ride along route 110.

The motorcyclist was so badly injured that she suffered from short term memory loss. She cannot remember anything that happened on the lead up to the accident. Her memory for the whole month has actually been affected.

According to a report read by a reporter, a witnesses saw the car accident as it happened. Another driver in a car was trying to make a U turn in the road, where it is not permitted. The motorcyclist was traveling at 40 miles per hour, which was well within the speed limit of the area. This means that she had no chance of stopping in time because by the time the car was seen, it was already too late.

Driver Left After Traffic Accident

The driver of an old van is wanted for causing a car accident and not waiting to exchange details. Instead he just drove off.

A report handed to a policeman explains that the driver of the van left the side of the road at speed. At the time he was towing a heavy pickup truck. The van tried to pull away so quickly that the tires were spinning viciously on the pavement which generated a lot of smoke. The truck behind was slowly bringing up the rear.

According to the report, passersby reported that it looked like the towing hitch on the rear of the van broke and released the vehicle which was being towed. This meant that the pickup truck was released from the van where it slammed into a back of a car parked by the side of the road.

23-Year-Old killed in drunken driving crash Monday

Police stated Monday that a one-car accident killed a 23-year-old woman and injured a 29-year-old man Saturday night.

The police are still investigating but it looks like the driver of the vehicle will be charged with both a second-degree Vehicular Manslaughter offense and Driving While Intoxicated offense, a reporter recounted.

The 29-year-old man had allegedly been drinking at a party with his girlfriend, who was killed in the crash, and they were on their way home driving down the interstate in his 2003 Chevy Trailblazer. Sources said he somehow turned off the road and hit a guardrail and it sent the car flipping over. The 23-year-old woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
