An unfortunate incident on the Cleveland roadways reflects a heartbreaking reminder of how fragile and precious our lives really are. The story begins with a woman traveling dangerously too fast on I-480 headed westbound, near the 176 northbound entrance. She was found lying on the pavement away from her car, just shortly after 7:30. The car involved, a Hyundai, was reported to be greatly damaged, and was severely smashed into the guard rail.

A New York City Car Accident Lawyer shares further details that after the Emergency Medical Services arrived, and assessed the situation, the woman was pronounced, tragically dead at the scene. Further investigation revealed that the woman driving the Hyundai westbound on I-480 was speeding like crazy, in an effort to change lanes as quickly as possible. Though sadly, the foolishly attempted, speedy lane change, ended tragically with the woman’s car hitting the guard rail, and her body being ejected from the vehicle, so states a New York Injury Lawyer. In addition to the initial crash scene investigation, police helicopters, and thermal imaging cameras are being used to determine additional evidence regarding the crash.

A New York Car Accident Lawyer expands, that I-480 at the 76 split was shut down for a while, so that crews were able to get in an clean up the wreckage surrounding the crash scene. One witness claims that over 100 cars were stuck in a time intensive stand-still, as they waited for the roadside clean-up crew to finish clearing the damaged vehicle, and debris. Travelers were greatly encouraged to exit I-480W at I-77N headed toward Cleveland. A New York Injury Lawyer elaborates, that no immediate details were released regarding the female driver’s identity. Such a tragic story which could have been avoided if the woman driving the Hyundai at unreasonably fast speeds would have simply slowed down. Now, an innocent life is lost.

There is nothing quite like the helpless feeling you get, when driving in less than adequate road conditions. During the winter, many travelers feel vulnerable, and concerned about the dangerous possibilities that await them on the streets. According to a NY Car Accident Lawyer, these fears became a reality for the people of Trenton, New York. Later in the day on Wednesday, just past the Glass Factory Road, on Powell Road a serious two-car crash occurred.

Some areas of the town were covered by an icy blast of snow, these debilitating conditions made travel extremely difficult for those out on the road nearby. There is some discrepancy as to how the crash played out exactly, but the extremely snowy roads are thought to have contributed greatly to the accident, expands a New York Injury Lawyer. Though, there is no real way to determine if the snow was a direct cause of the unfortunate car accident. One person involved in the car crash was sent immediately to the hospital, and a witness reports that when the emergency medical services arrived on the scene, that the injured man was completely unresponsive. A New York Car Accident Lawyer expands, that it became necessary for the emergency crew to use the lifesaving “Jaws of Life”, to extract someone from the heavily damaged vehicle. Though further details have yet to become available to the press and public, a NYC Injury Lawyer advises that the police expect more information regarding this dreadful accident by Thursday.

The town of Trenton, grieves with the families affected by this sad situation. Hearing about unfortunate accounts, like this one, causes us to really evaluate our own approach to safety on the roads during the winter. For some of you, this story is a wake-up call to finally buy those snow tires, or add those sand bags to the back of your truck. Being thoroughly prepared for winter driving takes a moment of your time, but could provide a lifetime of confidence, when it comes to driving in severe winter conditions. If you have the right tools, and understand the proper way to drive in the snow, your chances of commuting safely from one point to the other, greatly increase. Accidents like this are bound to happen on occasion, but by being deliberately prepared for whatever the road conditions may be, you are taking charge of your own destiny by choosing to make safety a top priority.

Fairplain Township was the site of a serious car accident last Saturday night, said officials from the Montcalm County Sheriff’s Office. The two-car collision occurred at almost midnight on Saturday on M-66 in the Dick Road area of Fairplain, and is being investigated by a prominent NY City Injury Lawyer who has been assigned to the case.

Officials say that a teenage male, who was heading north on M-66 crossed over into oncoming traffic after losing control of his car. Once in the southbound lane, he immediately collided head-on with another vehicle, sending both cars into a spin. Montcalm County Police cordoned off the area for much of the night, restricting the flow of traffic while the scene was processed. Fortunately the cleanup occurred in the early morning hours, meaning that the impact for other drivers was minimal.

The condition of the drivers is currently unknown. A New York Car Accident Lawyer said that three of the victims were seriously injured, and had been taken to area hospitals, where they will be receiving treatment for their injuries. Fortunately, all those involved were wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash, significantly lessening the extent of the injuries sustained.

Someone’s life can change on a dime. Someone can die on a dime. That is what happened in this single vehicle smack up with a tree. The young man never saw it coming and went to his sudden death as his car left the road, barreled down an embankment and slammed into a tree, reported the NY Car Accident Lawyer.

His white VW was spotted going off the road by one of the residents in the area and they called police for help. Although the emergency rescue crews arrived quickly and reached the man in record time, he was pronounced dead at the scene from extensive head injuries. The young man was only 24-years old at the time of the accident; a life snuffed out that had so much potential.

No one really knows for sure what caused the accident, but the police are investigating the area for clues as to what may have happened. They will be looking for a cell phone, any GPS devices, MP3 players, drink containers, booze or drugs. There is even the possibility that a tire blew or the transmission or rear end differential gave way without warning and the man lost control of the car indicated the Manhattan Car Accident Lawyer. He may also have been speeding, but only an accident reconstructionist will be able to tell if that was the case.

Being ejected from a vehicle during a crash usually has some grave consequences, and this case is no exception to that rule, indicated the New York Injury Lawyer. There were two people in this single vehicle crash and when EMS responders arrived they found a male that had been ejected sitting near the passenger front seat, outside the vehicle. The woman was further down the road. Both were air lifted to the nearest hospital for treatment. Unfortunately, the woman’s traumatic brain injury was so severe, she died, reported the New York Car Accident Lawyer.

The police report indicated that the 2001 Chevy Cavalier was heading north on the highway and for some reason, it crossed the center line, shot through the southbound lane, plummeted over an embankment edge, slid down the embankment and slammed into a concrete culvert. Neither occupant was wearing a seatbelt at the time and both airbags were deployed.

The police were able to track down eyewitnesses to the crash who said the car had passed them going at a high rate of speed on a curve. The police will be testing for the presence of drugs and alcohol to find out if that was the reason she lost control of the car, added the New York Injury Lawyer.

Sometimes there is no rhyme or reason to why an accident happens or why someone dies in an accident. This case was baffling and the man was pronounced dead at the scene by a coroner, indicated the New York Injury Lawyer. The stated cause of death was blunt force trauma to the chest. The man was only 32-years old at the time of the accident.

Sadly, the accident happened about 200 yards from the man’s home. For some reason, as he was on his way there, he lost control of the Ford Explorer he was driving. It veered across the road and flipped over several times, coming to rest by a tree on the opposite side of the road, said the New York Car Accident Lawyer.

The vehicle burst into flames and the front of it was crushed inward and badly charred. The inside of the Explorer was also in rough shape with debris scattered inside and outside the vehicle. EMS crews had to perform the grim task of cutting the dead man free of his car.

The young lady involved in this car wreck was driving on a highway when she lost control of her vehicle as the result of hitting an icy patch on the snow covered roads. She slammed into a tree, outlined the New York Car Accident Lawyer. No one knows how long she had been there, as a passerby called it in to the police later in the day.

The driver was only 16-years old and a junior at the local high school. When emergency responders arrived, she was taken to hospital, after being extricated from her wrecked car by firemen, where she was listed as being in critical condition with a guarded prognosis.

Police are searching for any eyewitnesses in the area that may have seen her driving just before the crash. They want to know if she may have been speeding when she hit the ice and that is what made he lose control. They also want to find her cell phone and check the screen for when it was last used. It may be that she was texting while driving, didn’t pay attention to the road, didn’t see the ice and snow clearly and when the car hit that patch, she couldn’t control it with just one hand on the wheel, suggested the New York Injury Lawyer.

In this case, two young people in their early 20’s sustained critical injuries after hitting a power pole. No one is quite certain how the Buick Sedan lost control as it was proceeding down a large hill. The one thing the police do know for sure, is that the force of the impact sheared off the base of the pole and wiped out power in the area for several hours until utility crews got the problem under control, reported the New York Car Accident Lawyer.

The Fire Department, who responded to the accident location, took the driver and passenger to the nearest medical facility for treatment. Both had life-threatening injuries, said the New York Injury Lawyer. The police intend to fully investigate the cause of this near fatality and will be going over the vehicle with a fine-tooth comb looking for clues as to why the driver lost control. In order to do that, they impounded the car and took it to the impound lot for further investigations.

There is some speculation that the driver was speeding, given the forceful impact with the power pole. They will also want to find out what else was going on in the vehicle just prior to the collision. Was the driver under the influence of drugs or booze? Were the driver and passenger fighting or joking around? Did the driver have a cell phone and was texting? Were the two involved in a race of some kind with another vehicle, asked the New York Car Accident Lawyer?
